The human race has not survived thousands of years by sitting at a computer screen for days on end.
As medicine progresses at an incredible speed, your average person does less exercise than any other time in human history, medicine cannot cover all the cracks.

Big meetings and discussions on Wednesday, I could lose my job and it doesn't even make it into the top 3 at the moment with all the health concerns I have for Molly, me and my dad.

Some days I feel so low
I have to scrape myself up off the floor
Some days I feel so far adrift
I cannot see the shore

O wild West Wind, thou breath of Autumn's being, (a)
Thou, from whose unseen presence the leaves dead (b)
Are driven, like ghosts from an enchanter fleeing, (a)
Yellow, and black, and pale, and hectic red, (b)
Pestilence-stricken multitudes: O thou, (c)
Who chariotest to their dark wintery bed (b)
The winged seeds, where they lie cold and low, (c)
Each like a corpse within its grave, until (d)
Thine azure sister of the Spring shall blow (c)
Her clarion o'er the dreaming earth, and fill (d)
(Driving sweet buds like flocks to feed in air) (e)
With living hues and odours plain and hill: (d)
Wild Spirit, which art moving everywhere; (e)
Destroyer and preserver; hear, oh, hear! (e)

James Taylor

I got into music seriously in 1989 when I was 15, after the usual discoveries of the Beatles, Stones, Bowie, Dylan etc, I did love Neil Young & Joni Mitchell, and the kinda of 70's singer-songwriter, I also loved Carole King's Tapestry, which begs the question why did I not discover you until very recently!
